just wanted let adobe folk know cc release has vastly improved editing work on cs6, , i'm far more productive. not due new features due bug fixes. i'd take bug fix on feature day.   - 100s of error messages when opening prproj file using wave stabilizer no longer appear. kept me using render queue (same errors appear) instead of render export, kept me multitasking render editing. unnerving.   - pre-rendering of audio. seemed dozens of things might trigger this, , inevitable if worked on project long enough. still need wait pre-rending of audio, takes less time , far less frequent. seems reasonable mild annoyance, not 1 makes me wonder hell going on.   - 1/3 of pc's memory has been freed up. not know why, i'm glad see headed towards running out of memory (again) on upgraded machine packing 64gb ram.   thanks improving ppro. hoping when switched sony vegas @ start of 2013. great! hello all, just installed cs6 on new workstation , photoshop; freezes upon opening. every other program have installed has worked flawlessly, including rest of cs6 suite , lightroom 5. both windows , adobe suite have available updates installed. computer new hp z420 xeon workstation, windows 7 pro 64bit, 16gb ram thanks help reset preferences.  try starting ps , hold down alt crtl shift keys.  if fast enough reset window. just downloaded cc but, not load. keep getting stopped working error message. should delete cs6 first. fighting. there difference between cc , cs6? there many, many differences between cs6 , cc. should coexist peacefully, should not need uninstall cs6. in fact, if have use encore, should not uninstall cs6 or else you'll lose program (until reinstall cs6, can through creative cloud...) several people have found updating graphics card driver resolves crash on startup. few others had update driver processor. let know if neither of measures work , we'll dig deeper. i downloaded ubuntu ver.10.04-lts-desk-amd64 , wubi , ran md5 hash check showed good, clean copy. burned disc , verified disc. inserted disc machine want install on , selected check disc ubuntu list. tool reported disc okay. machine has win 7-64bit running correctly on it. after selecting language, not matter whether choose "try first.." or "install" machine builds "try first without changes" desktop. when ubuntu desktop ready, unable access terminal! terminal/ command prompt starts in bottom bar, disappears after 2 seconds. when select install ubuntu, ubuntu presents me (sudo) enter administrators password box. have never set password, have no idea enter! leaving blank , pressing enter not work! wrong answers receive either incorrect password, try again or error message : failed run /usr/ bin/ubiquity'gtk_ui' user root. therefore, cannot machine make install permanent. how solve this? ...

when try export retouched files hard drive files mac crashes , has force quitted. thought maybe l'room 4 problem bought l'room 5 , it's still happening. can do? without knowing computer specs it`s impossible give answer. in meantime think computer not have enough resources deal image exports of number of images.   exporting takes lot of computer power. on system ram use might go 8 gb , cpu (a quad core) maxed out. if don't have powerful mac try export 1 image @ time , - if works - increase number of images gradually. i imported ppt doc , created quiz within project cannot figure out how add remediation questions.  i've looked online seems remediation tutorials geared towards projected created via captivate.  pop appear when learner answers question.  possible?  thanks! i think there sort of terminology problem, trying understand question. remediation in captivate sending learner (content) slide when question answered wrongly, , slide navigated original question slide. way content slides created doesn't matter. added quiz slides in captivate suppose?   on regular quiz slide, when answered automatically correct/incorrect feedback captions pop up. apparently not want? please explain more.   lilybiri More discussions in Quizzing/LMS adobe

i experiencing crashes mobile app whenever enable telementry. in previous versions of scout never had issue; it's version released cc week. using intellij idea , using python script inject telementry data. wondering if script somehow outdated. know? changing version of scout wouldn't affect mobile app, unless enabled new "memory allocation tracking" feature. if you're doing memory profiling, make sure build latest version of air, since there bugs in earlier versions cause crashes.   the python script not outdated - nothing has changed respect advanced telemetry swf tag. i have sanyo vpc-t700t identifies itrself "0474:0276 sanyo electric co., ltd" using lsusb on thinkpad r61i 11.10. have tried every webcam , live video application in ubuntu software repository, , done hours of searching on web , these forums, find way use 't700 video source. know possible, since once had "pc camera" application windows did that. have lost cd on came, , checked sanyo find cd no longer available, running windows driver under wine not possible. have suggestions how proceed next? hi, dual boot. windows 7 home premium 64-bit edition of dell inspiron laptop. have installed ubuntu 11.10 dual boot option. in ubuntu, windows drive gets detected automatically , backed particular folder windows partition external usb drive. next time rebooted computer, many folders within backed-up folder went missing! not there in usb drive. booted windows , checked disk errors during boot. did few things deleting index entries, etc...the hard drive clean , has no bad sectors. folders still missing.. how restore these folders? thanks. just guess, did safely remove usb drive before unplugging it? since writes usb drive happen asynchronously, unplugging may leave inconsistent file system on usb drive. i created pdf output templates in bridge cs6. how can import / copy these bridge cs6 don't have recreate them manually? i'm working on mac. how can import / copy these bridge cs6 don't have recreate them manually?     a bit unsure request because both mention bridge cs 6. mean separate systems or computers?   anyway, template have saved stored in user library (by default hidden per macosx 10.7, in finder use menu go option reveal library)   the path:   user (your username)/library/ application support / adobe / bridge cs6 / adobe output module / usertemplate/ contactsheet. in folder templates have custom created , saved.   just copy them same location of new set , restart bridge. should appear agin in list of custom templates in aom.
