hallo zusammen,   ich habe vor kurzem eine adobe production cs6 suite gekauft. leider lässt sich adobe premiere gar nicht starten und wird ohne fehlermeldung einfach wieder beendet. adobe after effects wird zwar gestartet, es werde alle möglichen dinge aufgräumt... man sieht, dass das programm versucht zu starten. dann kommt der hinweis das quicktime nicht installiert wurde, danach kommt der hinweis, das es probleme mit dem dynamic link gibt. ich habe schon im internet geschaut und leider keine lösung für mein problem gefunden. ich weiß es es wohl probleme mit der firewall gibt, diese wurde auch schon temporär deaktiviert (zonelabs). ansonsten sind die rechte in der firewall konfiguriert, das die produkte kommunizieren können. die software wurde auch schon deinstalliert, der adobe cleaner angewendet und wieder installiert. auch das installieren einzelner komponenten hat leider nicht geholfen. adobe updates wurde auch eingespielt (über di...

i have several issues login in creative cloud cc apps . i li ke make drop shadows under our products on our brochures. while great on screen, suffer banding on printed pieces via offset printing. here's how make them in cs6:   create layer under main image. on layer use rectangle marquee tool create box in location of desired shadow. hit shift + f5 , fill black. deselect black filled box. go filter > blur > gaussian blur , select radius of 40-80 depending on size of image. go filter > blur > motion blur , select distance of 125 -250 depending on size of image. select appropriate angle match image.   i've talked printer , said fine said make sure i'm filling box k , not rgb (which am) , adjust opacity it's below 25%. problem when set opacity of shadow layer 25%, shadows barely visible. not want. want nice dark shadow under main portion of product , fading out nothing. way looks great on screen how great on paper? blindly advising set shadows 25%? i'm not sure whether makes me laugh or weep. it's miss...

i discovered amazing way of optimizing script, thought i'd share.   i have script adds line numbers indesign document (www.freelancebookdesign.com under scripting tab).   it works adding text frame alongside each indesign frame , adds numbers in frame.   i've done quite lot of optimization on already, , script starts @ nice pace, slows down.   so on book 100 pages, it's pretty quick. adding line numbers to 500-page book becomes slow, because last 1/3 or of pages script has slowed crawl.   now, many of recognize symptoms: each page, new text frame + contents has been created, after 200 or operations, undo queue has become long.   the question becomes: how flush undo queue.   now, remember reading once suggestion "save as". thing is, don't want "save as" user's document -- won't thank me if they need undo few steps before ran script!   of course, script uses doscript call undomodes.entire_script it's single step. , know fast_entire_script i...

anyone else seeing in indesign cc? start para set flush left, use command-shift-c (on mac) center text. use command-shift-l make flush left again. nothing happens on system. text stays centered. command-shift-r works make flush right. , text can centered or set flush right, , forth, without problem. flush left using keystrokes doesn't work. have click flush left icon in control ribbon (or whatever it's called). open system preferences > keyboard > keyboard shortcuts > services  , uncheck search google. when closing multiple files (option-command-w on mac) file has been modified, illustrator cs5 gave user option of applying choice of whether save or not open files. not in cs6. have manually click don't save if wish apply open files.   really miss apply timesaver. photoshop cs6 still has it. bring in illustrator please! okay have 3 linux machines. 1 virtual machine, 1 remote shared hosting 'jailbroken' , other remote cannot root. have compiled programs on virtual machine before , transfered them remote machines , ran. basic hello world programs testing purposes. have been trying compile ffmpeg on virtual machine , runs on virtual mahcine , second remote machine (using same binaries). when try put binaraies on shared hosting machine , following 3 lines when try running binaries: ./ffmpeg: /lib64/libz.so.1: no version information available (required ./ffmpeg) ./ffmpeg: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `glibc_2.6' not found (required ./ffmpeg) ./ffmpeg: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `glibc_2.7' not found (required ./ffmpeg) main concern lines mentioning glibc, have looked around , found glibc version can obtained using "ldd --version command", here result 3 machines virtual: ldd (ubuntu eglibc 2.13-20ubuntu5) 2.13 copyright (c) 2011 free software foundation...

just purchased elements 11 cannot download. leads me page says not enough system requirements. i have explorer 10, aol6 , still cannot download. how refund?? this known issue adobe's website , ie10. there bug in adobe's website coding seems think ie10 ie1. has been reported adobe not fixed yet.   leaves lots of customers confused , frustrated.   the workaround use compatibility view in ie10 or use different browser. i upgraded full creative cloud. before, had single subscription creative cloud muse. after upgrade, says muse "up date", yet it's not showing anywhere on hard drive. tried using muse uninstaller (which says uninstalled), uninstalled adobe air well, , restarted computer. still says muse cc date, found.   here showing date.       here not in finder.   anyone know how fix this?? i have same problem.  called creative support , bounced me nowhere.  said muse issue?  nonsense!  thought purchased subscription , should @ least me in touch can help!  have no solution problem yet!  i'm not sure can do...
