Thread: Removed Partition Cant Boot GRUB RESCUE>


a few months ago installed ubuntu on d:/ drive (about 11gbs) alongside windows 7 32bit os. few hours ago having many problems wanted uninstall linux , use windows. went partition management or whatever..and deleted linux paratition. extended volume of main partition, adding 11gbs it. rebooted computer..and shows compaq screen, , message.

error: no partition found
grub resucue>_

_ line flashing...

not linux, , not know how boot windows. please help. willing burn cds me gain access windows.
in advance, , plan become active on these forums, guys have helped lot of people out.

so, removed ubuntu , want boot windows, right? no intention install reinstall ubuntu? if have windows install cd can repair windows boot loader , remove grub.
