i have sequence 2 video tracks , 1 stereo audio track (recorded separtely , synced), , placed "main" sequence editting. before enabling multi-cam, audio levels noticibly higher, , once setting multi-cam enable, volume levels drop 2-3db. have raise volume compensate that. bug or particular way multi-cam clips handled?   steve this normal.  multicam default uses audio 1 of source sequence. i purchased upgrade elements 11 , premiere 11 windows couple of days ago. when tried install, received following error message:   "the installation process has encountered error while installing shared technologies. please restart system , try again."   there invitation troubleshoot using button downloaded adobe support advisor . no joy, didn't find issues.   i restarted , tried install again. same error message. solutions here didn`t started chat adobe support.   the tsr asked me run  set-up.exe in adobe photoshop elements 11 install\pse 11\elementsstiinstaller . returned error path being long. had me try other ideas, none worked.   the tsr asked remote session. after realizing not work from  install on our server, copied pse11 directory locally. again ran set-up.exe pse 11\elementsstiinstaller directory. time completed!   after that, ran setup.exe in pse11 directory. time, setup completed , able open elements 11!   hope helps else gets...

i'm starting use artboards keep 6 illustrations in 1 file. noticed there isn't such thing set of layers each artboard, there? have each artboard have own set of layers. layers cover artboards. can't change that? hi,   i have trial of lr5 , trid geotag pictures. so, convert .gpx file xmp geosetter. xmp created when import them lr, gps position not imported. if embed gps info raw files (cr2) position imported i'd keep raw file untouched why use xmp.   when try "update metadata" it's not working.   so how can make lightroom read xmp files on import ????   thanks. i think concern leaving raw file untouched unfounded. raw image data never modified in way in lightroom. if don't use xmp changes stored in lightroom catalog, not in raw file. i going round , round on trying mask something. set mask , when try use bezier handles (yes bezier box checked) crap shoot if bezier's going show or going move whole mask. know takes finesse. let me ask this? use "v" key before trying select vertice pull out handles or leave on pen "g"? latest version of flash player doesn't buffer in active or pause mode in internet explorer or chrome.  therefore plays 10 seconds, stops ten or more , can't watch cfl games video archive on tsn.ca.  have fiber optic high speed internet, vaio laptop, windows 7 premium , have tried suggestions on adobe site regarding disabling hardware accelator, et al.   please help......i travelling overseas , have no way watch games except tsn , adobe flash player. hello,   i've got bizzare bug seems shouldn't possible.  i'm using captivate 6 , publishing scorm 2004 .swf.   i have created captivate presentation has several software simulations embedded in animations.   the slides containing these simulations paused via blank widget hidden behind animation.   each simulation starts start button advances next slide , ends continue button javascript function advances parent presentation next slide.  javascript is:   function nextslide(){     var objcp = document.captivate;     objcp.cpeisetvalue('rdcmndnextslide', 1); }     nextslide();   each of 6 software simulations has same start , continue button copied , pasted first one.   this works in chrome, except javascript works when project published on lms.   however, in ie8, i've run strange issue.  of buttons work expected, few of them cause ie8 window containing presentation close without warning or errors...
