Flash Builder 4.5 won't launch / Windows 7

hi flash builders.

 

i can't fb 4.5 launch.  can fb 4.0 launch.  have cs6 means supposed have fb 4.6 installed , cc 4.7 installed can't install 4.6 due error or conflict previous installations of fb , don't want commit current cs6 cc signing cc update fb 4.7

 

what do correct non-launching flash builder 4.5 premium?

 

windows 7 64-bit sp1

 

also, not getting feedback or error messages.  don't think there's in eclipse logs.
