looking @ screen shot - color on left pms color i've been using client. switched cc , when use exact same pms color shows looking window on right (darker). i've double checked both docs setup cmyk. in world going on?   check color settings match between illustrator versions. if they're different explain why coloring appears different between versions. however, long pms color hasn't changed appearance of shouldn't matter when file printed if you're outputting file spot colors. i'm running ubuntu 11.1 on hp pavilion laptop. previous upgrading 11.1 running ubuntu 8.1 , cd drive worked fine. when try burn disc goes through whole process right 'finalizing', message saying drive won't eject , need eject disc manually complete operation. manually eject disc , computer tells me disc burned when put in, won't read it. doesn't seem see disc @ can hear drive spin , when @ disc can see computer burned - (with right lighting can see difference between disc burned , blank disc) used both default program pops when put in blank cd, , brasero , tried burning @ slower speed nothing seems work. can still read burned discs , can listen music cd's - got ideas problem is? sincerest apologies if doesn't make sense or confusing. i'm pretty sleep deprived , brain not functioning @ all. in advance! it's common bug brasero. not sure deal is, happens time. ...

this driving me mad; have made paragraph bullet list fine when aligned left. *but* when align paragraph right of text box bullets stay glued on left!!!   another issue when lists wrap around object image , start giving wrap margins bullets don't behave same way text.   i've had incredible problems lists in html/css , show indesign. bad boy. i need fast!!! installed wubi on laptop (windows 7), , when logged in ubuntu went user account , deleted password, can log in without using it, everytime ubuntu asks me authentificate asks me password , whatever type there says it's incorrect? can do? first off, thread that's 1 hr old can hardly considered dead, don't spam. secondly, should not delete administrator account's password. if don't want type password @ login, choose auto login @ user account settings (click on username on top panel, chose "user accounts") way fix reboot, choose "recovery mode", select "drop root shell prompt", , type @ terminal: code: passwd yourusernamehere insert new password. when have set form has hit off of printer, scan in old form put in bottom layer use template.  in old indesigns, select text (highlight type tool)  set tabs underlines, etc. , able see template layer. when it, light blue highlight covers template can't see it.  i've combed through preferences figure out how make highlight transparent can see bottom layer can't find anything.  there way select/highlight text , able see layer below it?   thanks in advance! noone? hello there, first post, hope question not obvious have ubuntu 10.10 maverick meerkat running on double particion windows xp on hp pavillon dv6120ca laptop. have of files on 'e:' windows partition sitting on folder '/dos/*' in ubuntu. somehow can't seem edit of files in '/dos/' folder. have tried commands pedrito@pedros-hpdv6120:/$ chmod 777 /dos/ chmod: changing permissions of `/dos/': read-only file system ls -l of / folder gives drwxrwx--- 34 root plugdev 32768 1969-12-31 19:00 dos have googled around , apparently need change way '/dos/' or 'e:' particion mounted on startup. , how that, don't know?? lot everyone! normally windows partitions seem mount /media/uuid. did edit fstab @ make mount /dos? have partition on computer data storage mount /data, , had set in fstab. can set mount read-only or defaults in fstab well. ...

my computer has been extremely stable past few years without single bsod... until when updated lr4 lr5.   after 15-20minutes within program, of sudden bsod. not happen doing else computer, including gaming such fsx , other simulators can heavy on gpu/memory/etc...     i ran memtest , passed... no problems there.   hd tune on hd's, no errors.   i reduced overlock sure not voltage issue or something, same results.   prime95, passed.   i tried doing "repair" lr5 installer file, still happened.     not sure next... running:   windows 7 - 64bit professional edition intel i7 2600k cpu 16gb ddr3 ram 570gtx gpu   lightroom running off 120gb ssd drive, it's catalog on 2.5tb internal hd (one of few).   updated gpu drivers (clean install) , ran windows driver verifier make sure drivers "proper".   i have important shoot trying process , big bummer right now... again, been using lr4 every since released , never had bsod... right after...
