Ongoing Activation/Deactivation Issues CS6 and CC
ongoing installation , activation issues cs6 licensed version , photoshop cc (which purchased 5 days ago).
i have numerous case numbers dating february of 2013 regarding issues cs6. appreciate review of last few case numbers 0184475246 , 0184470650. original issue involved cs6 starting , continue popup trial offer cs6 extended support had me activate several times on desktop, uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled windows 7 security maintenance, , changed settings inside adobe pcd folder. no avail ... of yesterday cannot open cs6 without trial popup asking trial or license software (as usual), , photoshop cc wants me sign in trial of cc (something purchased), every time click on it.
the last 2 tech support people told me not run both versions on windows 7 pro pc and, therefore, told me uninstall both cs6 , photoshop cc though not deactivate , reinstall cc. uninstalled last night , today plan attempt reinstall cc downloader , photoshop cc see get. able have cs6 available me.
please don't tell me contact tech support ... pretty unable resolve issue.
any can provide appreciated ... you, jeff. hate write off adobe products entirely, have no other option.

psychdoc_1 sorry of difficulties have been facing. did activate photoshop cs6 on same computer on july 2? looking @ activation history seeing 2 separate activation requests on day 2 different computers. if activated on same computer facing difficulties documented in 64-bit products convert trial on launch or prompt activation after licensing | cs6, ccm - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/64-bit-creative-suite-applications-repeatedly.htm l.
on related note how many computers using creative cloud? appears have activated on 2 separate computers. case? showing activation on 1 computer on july 7 , second computer on july 8.
