Activation of Robohelp9 fails, probably because of certificate error ?
hello adobe-community,
you're last hope.
since 2 days i'm trying legal bought adobe product (robohelp9) refused work, work again.
one day robohelp9 told me 'please activate me', isn't happy our internet connection.
adobe support told me must problem our firewall (or windows hosts file) , it's our own fault.
i'm (very) angry @ moment because can't work product anymore!
okay, technical part.

ip 172.30.1.240 ip of proxy server (i've disabled proxy, changes nothing)
as far i'm understanding tcp stuff, seems adobe robohelp getting certificate
http://svrintl-g3-aia.verisign.com/svrintlg3.cer .
after seems 172.30.2.55 sending rst packet.
to me seems adobe robohelp resetting connection.
any ideas wrong here ?

i think adobe robohelp resetting connection because of error , doesn't tell why.
it says 'check internet connection'.
adobe support no help.
