PixelBender in Flash no longer compiles to machine code?


it appears latest version of flash (11.7.700.232 / 11.8.800.94) has removed support just-in-time compilation of pixelbender shader programs machine code. example, can compare fps of animation:

with latest flash vs. previous versions, , fps on latest flash runs @ fivefold slowdown. i've verified pixelbender program no longer running directly via machine code, instead interpreted runtime.

 

is there different has set via wmode parameter or other html parameter maintain old behavior? or has jit support been dropped entirely pixelbender?

we having same issue here , right striving find workaround. please let know if there workarounds. affecting many businesses right runs filters on pixel bender. performance unacceptable.
