Converting a pdf form to pdf doc so it can't be altered.

i have pdf form use complete test reports city.  need send completed form customer , city want send pdf document can't altered.  how can this?  use able print create pdf it's not available have tried create pdf online still can not save pdf doc.

if understand correctly have fillable pdf form fill report information, send pdf form customers via email, don’t want them able altering it.

you may use adobe acrobat set/change restrictions pdf document – specify customers document. execute following steps:

1. open filled pdf form document in acrobat

2. chose file> properties, select security tab in document properties dialog.

3. choose password security in security method popup menu – opens “password security – settings” dialog. in permissions area select check-box “restrict editing , printing of document.

4. in “printing allowed” drop down menu specify allowed printing options

5. in “changes allowed” drop down menu specify “none” or otherwise whatever want customers able pdf form.

6. you need provide password (for remember able change document again when needed),

7. you need save document new restricted permissions take effect.  close , reopen document – , verify permissions in security tab of document properties dialog. , if that’s intended – email pdf document customers

 

now if don’t have adobe acrobat yet free reader, need download free trial version of acrobat xi  pro here.
