Mac User Cannot Use Form Created in Windows Acrobat 9.0 Pro
i have created form , emailed mac user. not know version of acrobat has or if using full version of acrobat or acrobat reader (i tried walk him through check version, not find it).
he using laptop 5 years old.
anyway....i created form in acrobat 9.0 pro. works great me...when type in fields, text falls on lines; autocalculate works perfectly, , reset button works perfectly. when opens file, text shows below lines, autocalculate not work @ all, , neither reset button. sent person, , not use form.
i have enabled pdf can filled out reader users , not in pdf/a mode, still not working him. went library have mac , able open through acrobat reader 9 , again, able fill form out , worked me.
would available (with mac) through email send file see if acrobat pros might able tell me wrong it? absolutely frustrated points of tears on this. if not want place email here, give mine can email me first (redacted@example.com); let me know here emailing me know check email rather check here.

he's not using either acrobat or reader. mac comes built-in pdf viewer named preview , has limited support pdf forms. corrupts them when saves. should avoided. fortunately reader freely available, have him install it.
