HTML AND Plain Text version of email campaign
as best practice send out both version of email prevent email campaigns looking spam wondering if a)bc automatically this, b) best way clients if not, , c)will available time soon?
i think on bc it's 1 or other. can setup campaign html campaign or text campaign. might issue , thankfully can include "view in browser" link in email campaign email clients don't support html.
i had client had lots of overseas customers, of whom used similar, non-html supported email client decided create web form sign email newsletter , choose receive html or text campaigns , based on selection subscribed them "customers - html" or "customers - text" campaigns respectively. send 2 email campaigns everytime same content 1 stripped down text , sent "customers - text" list , regular html campaign sent "customers - html". it's not pretty works.
this suggestion bc's email campaign functionality. typically, use bc email campaign solution customers getting started email campaigns , if list grows pretty large port list on mailchimp or campaign monitor , update newsletter signup form service , have them start using since there's more of chance users might not able receive html emails if list large , diverse.
