most likely, web browser not store passwords in keyring. in order change saved web browser passwords, need know web browser using.

here's how on mozilla firefox:
1) go edit>>preferences
2) change security tab
3) under "passwords," click button labeled "saved passwords"
4) remove password having issues
firefox should ask remember next time.

to change keyring passwords:
1) go applications>>accessories>>passwords , encryption keys
2) right click password want change
3) click "properties"
4) expand "password" tick , type in new one.
