when login in , try use filke converter, i'm being asked subscribe annual subscription has been taken automatically ?

we apologize trouble. please try going account manage status:

 

you can manage subscription visiting adobe.com , clicking 'sign in' @ top-right corner.  enter adobe id credentials.  after you're logged in, click on 'my subscriptions , services'. 

 

this way can make sure expiration date correct on credit card, etc.
