Adding time and location to an event
has tried adding 'time' , 'location' event because bc system not offer these options tags in events module. i'd keen know of other ways of achieving this.
does bc plan include web apps? if so, best bet create web app called "events" , include custom fields information lacking in events module time , place. should include custom field in webapp called "bookingid" or similar can pull data booking created event in web app detail or list layouts. insert id of booking want connect web app item can pull event details on fly in web app item view. that, in bookings detail or list layout, include following tag:
{module_booking,i,{tag_bookingid}}
this show details of associated booking in web app view , can still sign event on layout in web app , use associated bookings features email followups , autoresponders. major caveat might have recreate {module_calendar} feature if part of deliverable since calendar link directly event booking detail view won't have custom fields want add.
