Re: Creative Cloud Desktop not working?


i have same problem (ie spinning loading circle on app download page).

 

have tried reinstalling creative cloud desktop utility many times, spoken chat member suggested deleting opm.db file in oobe folder have suggested, not have opm.db file have pim.db  file. have tried deleting did not work. have uninstalled , re-installed creative cloud desktop again. have restarted computer several times suggested chat hleper; should not make difference , has not resolved problem. have been struggling on 9 hours, trawling forums little success. have older versions of adobe software (ie cs4. cs5, cs5.5 , cs6 not want delete).

 

i running mac system 10.8, have 50 gb drive space available , 32 gb of ram.

 

welcome purchased software subscription still cannot use , want use urgently. have never had problem previous adobe software, have been user on 15 years.

please double check path of opm.db file.

makesure, looking on correct location under current user directory.

/user/<username>/library/application support/adobe/oobe folder
