Problems with Premiere Pro- Quits unexpectedly

hello,

 

 

i have several key problems on adobe premiere cs6"

 

the following problem happens when not edit, save, , export project video file.

 

"adobe premiere elements has encountered problem , needs close - sorry inconvenience"

 

i dunno how solve or prevent issue. mac lacks power edit, or of settings off?

i don't think premiere that's problem...

i'm guessing either preferences wrong, or i'm using or large of footage use on sequences.

 

the camera use "sony handycam hdr- pj650v", , average video file runs around 1gb.

the media format ".mts" , software can understand adobe after effects or premiere.

 

i've lost time trying figure out problem, hoping same generic error message doesn't appear , crash premiere again.

 

it pops up!

 

 

 

please help!!

 

this error message appears randomly through following tasks:

 

1. saving project- crashes w/ same message after click save button.

 

2. scrolling/previewing project on timeline- might processing or gpu disfunction, after effects cs6 seens running smoothly enough, along other hefty programs, photoshop. given graphical prowess requires.

 

3. rendering sequence, or composition (ae cs6)- export projects following settings:

 

format: h.264

preset: youtube hd 1080p, 25

audio format: aac, 48000 hz, stereo

 

also 1 thing note, gpu mercury accelerater engine, , cannot change running off cpu, not gpu

 

 

 

the following specs have work with:

 

mac:

 

i using imac software version 10.7.5.

 

   -processor:  2.8 ghz intel core i7

   -graphics:  ati radeon hd 4850 512mb

   -kind: ati radeon hd 4850 opengl engine

"Could not fill because there are not enough opaque source pixels" - not solved by any other thread

i'm getting error posted in thread's title , have no idea why.  working image not transparent in way. 100% opacity.  in fact, doesn't matter work with, every time try fill selection on layer in doc, error.  ideas???  thanks   scott probably see screen shot of photoshop layers panel open. at point guess can make wrong layer selected, once see screen, else may pop out @ me, or else reading thread. Why can't I change the billing info for my account?

hi all,   about 3 weeks ago issued new corporate cc number. have been trying since find way update in website. everytime try load billing info message 'there has been error on our side, please try again later.' has been happening weeks now. decided, if they're not going fix it, i'll call support.   i reported bug support, no response.   i called support , sat on hold update cc. hung on when should have been answered. happened twice (i'm persistent).   i registered call-back. got call-back, , told needed go person. got warm transfer because of above problem.   this person told me needed talk yet different team, , schedule call me in 1-2 hours.   it has been on week, maybe week , half since supposed receive call-back, , ticket updated yesterday; they've tried reach me no success (yeah, right), them do? left note: call me @ number within next 4 hours, , can settle this. guess got pacific time support team, because called 16 hours later (i'm gmt, way; company u...
