Indesign CC crashes on every start
hi, indesign cc crashes on every start. have tried in forums. have followed instructions on page http://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/indesign-cc-crashing-launch.html , nothing works.
mac 10.8.4, mac air, 8g ram.
i have uninstalled , reinstalled 3 times.
i have logged off, rebooted , logged onto cc many times.
i have removed virtual machine , associated software.
i can't think of else try.
can please help? thank you.
