Thread: How to configure all startup applications?

hi, everyone,

there easy way list , configure all of applications run @ startup? know there aren't being called gnome, because they're running @ startup in non-gnome sessions, , because aren't listed under system > preferences > startup applications.

specifically, having trouble gwibber upon login. since don't use gwibber, wanted remove startup applications, wasn't listed in menu. , ran when logged non-gnome session. solved specific problem finding gwibber.desktop in /etc/xdg/autostart, , removing it.

there must easier way identify of startup applications launched when user logs in. i'm sure there other services , applications autostarting don't need, , 1 of them cause problem. know how easily?
