Sony HVR-MRC1, Premiere Elements, and .m2t files
equipment-
sony hvr-v1u recording hvr-mrc1 (flash card)
adobe premiere elements
imac
i can pull .m2t files straight elements no problems, because of file size limit of fat32 formatting, splits clips every 20 minutes. sony has made utility "stitch" these windows , plugin fcp. premiere said able pull these in , seemingly does, playback has skip.
after close investigation believe playing video correctly there slight skip in audio "stitch" occurs. know correct settings in premiere importing .m2t files or if there sony plugin or utility use. please don't tell me import real time or convert files defeats time-saving part of tapeless recording.
another option- seemingly hvr-mrc1 can format files .dv when import them there no audio?
please help, can provide more info if needed.
you're not going perfect interfacing camcorder, since shoots in professional hdv/dvcam , premiere elements consumer product edits consumer hi-def tape-based hdv , avchd only. program isn't built handle kind of video. you'd better performance professional program, premiere pro cs6. i
that said, how getting video camcorder computer? ask because apparently hard drive camcorder can apparently record dv or hdv compatible video stream -- streaming premiere elements' capture workspace in real time if video recorded on tape?
and of variable formats recording , outputting as?
i'm sorry, camcorder in whole other league, , there not going smooth interfacing between , premiere elements. taking video through sort of intermediate device or software?
