Thread: changing kb shortcuts not in Menu-System,Prefs,KBshortcuts

i'd able change keyboard shortcuts not listed in "keyboard shortcuts" dialogue through menu-system-preferences-keyboard_shortcuts. i'd generalizable approach but, example as anything, @ moment there 2 specific changes make:

1.
change key can make mouse pointer call attention little ripple rings besides control. control key used 2 different methods of zooming - control +/- , control mouse-scroll. if enable control make microscopic pointer hides me "here am" little ripple/rings zoom methods cease work.

before says "why don't set mouse pointer large?" - i've tried - won't stay way. i've spent inordinate amount of time using ixquick/google , posting on 3 different fora figure out oneiric did mouse pointer , how can correct no result yet, , anyway, that's thread. maybe someday i'll solve mystery of incredible shrinking pointer if assigning different hot key "here am!" pointer function more doable be big help. alternative if knows of totally different "here am" function or approach making one, preferably 1 little more noticeable low key anemic ripples assign different key combo to.

2.
i'd change mousekeys , numlock button functions numlock toggles between state mousekeys work, preferably numlock light off, , state number pad functions numlock on, preferably numlock light on. in other words, if numlock on number pad has normal default numlock-on behaviour of sending forth digits when off mousekeys turns on. has ever used mousekeys on desktop full size keyboard frequent need numeric entry see how more sense makes in environment (maybe not on laptop without dedicated arrow keys, etc.) , googling around looking how gather standard mousekeys mode in windows.

ok, 2 examples. know autokey. maybe make work second example, particularly if there kind of environment variable says whether numlock on or off , scriptable commands turn on or off (keycode numlock button maybe?) i'm not sure , suspect if possible lot harder assigning new kb shortcuts, assuming latter possible @ all. , don't see how autokey in first example because if sending out control key signal in response other key combo both zoom , "here am" still see control key , same incompatibility exist. please correct me if reasoning wrong.

"Could not fill because there are not enough opaque source pixels" - not solved by any other thread

i'm getting error posted in thread's title , have no idea why.  working image not transparent in way. 100% opacity.  in fact, doesn't matter work with, every time try fill selection on layer in doc, error.  ideas???  thanks   scott probably see screen shot of photoshop layers panel open. at point guess can make wrong layer selected, once see screen, else may pop out @ me, or else reading thread. Why can't I change the billing info for my account?

hi all,   about 3 weeks ago issued new corporate cc number. have been trying since find way update in website. everytime try load billing info message 'there has been error on our side, please try again later.' has been happening weeks now. decided, if they're not going fix it, i'll call support.   i reported bug support, no response.   i called support , sat on hold update cc. hung on when should have been answered. happened twice (i'm persistent).   i registered call-back. got call-back, , told needed go person. got warm transfer because of above problem.   this person told me needed talk yet different team, , schedule call me in 1-2 hours.   it has been on week, maybe week , half since supposed receive call-back, , ticket updated yesterday; they've tried reach me no success (yeah, right), them do? left note: call me @ number within next 4 hours, , can settle this. guess got pacific time support team, because called 16 hours later (i'm gmt, way; company u...
