Photoshop Image Gets Compressed In MS Word

i can't figure out... , i've tried know / have been able find on google.

i'm using microsoft word 2010. when save document use save > pdf

i created few images headers inside of photoshop cs6. i've tried quite few resolutions (600, 300, 220, 150, 96, 72) , i've done of tips out there preventing compression (going settings > advanced > turning compression off, clicking image going format preventing compression, , save > tools > 220 dpi/use document compression).

i've tried ton of different file types: jpg, png, gif, tiff, , pdf.

none of works , images keep getting compressed when comes out in pdf.

how stop compressing images?

p.s. image looks totally fine inside of document. export looks compressed , choppy.

that's question microsoft word forum somewhere.
