CS6 tools not on win uninstaller list of installed SW

something bit peculiar going on here.  i've been using cc since before 'cc'.  mean before tools took on sobriquet.

 

so "creative cloud installer", called "adobe application manager" installed quite herd of tools months ago. far know showed on windows unintaller tool... (i think).  or @ least seem recal seeing them there varioius times during period.

 

now along comes big bump in cc desktop, tools have 'cc' in there name... , i'm wanting rid of of cs6 stuff... represents quite lot of data , system disc getting kind of full.

 

i happened go have @ cleanup tool people have been talking about: adobe_creative_cloud_cleaner_tool-130708,exe, haven't installed yet reading info on cc pages download found. on first page 1 or paragraphs down:

"general instructions

 

  1. uninstall  desired version of adobe creative cloud / creative suite product prior to  using creative cloud cleaner tool.
    • on windows xp, uninstall desired product via  add or remove programs in control panel.
    • on windows vista or windows 7, in control   panel select programs programs , features, , find desired  product  uninstall.
    • on macintosh, uninstaller in applications/utilities/adobe  installers.
    • restart computer."

clear enough cc staff expects stuff on uninstallers list.  fine but, oops, have little problem .. none of them (except lightroom-4.2 ) appears on windows uninstaller list of installed software.

 

and yet can start , run them, here.  have clue how handle this.

the writeup there cleaner makes sound pretty dire, , not entered lightly...

i having same issue... none of cs6 cloud apps listed on windows 7 installed list in control panel.

so, uninstall.exe's??

 

i never removed them. installed cs6 apps year ago using aam... have cc app on desoktop.

 

please help!!!

"Could not fill because there are not enough opaque source pixels" - not solved by any other thread

i'm getting error posted in thread's title , have no idea why.  working image not transparent in way. 100% opacity.  in fact, doesn't matter work with, every time try fill selection on layer in doc, error.  ideas???  thanks   scott probably see screen shot of photoshop layers panel open. at point guess can make wrong layer selected, once see screen, else may pop out @ me, or else reading thread. Why can't I change the billing info for my account?

hi all,   about 3 weeks ago issued new corporate cc number. have been trying since find way update in website. everytime try load billing info message 'there has been error on our side, please try again later.' has been happening weeks now. decided, if they're not going fix it, i'll call support.   i reported bug support, no response.   i called support , sat on hold update cc. hung on when should have been answered. happened twice (i'm persistent).   i registered call-back. got call-back, , told needed go person. got warm transfer because of above problem.   this person told me needed talk yet different team, , schedule call me in 1-2 hours.   it has been on week, maybe week , half since supposed receive call-back, , ticket updated yesterday; they've tried reach me no success (yeah, right), them do? left note: call me @ number within next 4 hours, , can settle this. guess got pacific time support team, because called 16 hours later (i'm gmt, way; company u...
