Adobe solution required for Dynamic Form Generation

for last few weeks doing research on adobe form central solution our dynamic form generation. our client have manual forms need designed, distributed , collected result display purpose. our requirement related forms below

easy design html form or pdf form	form central tried , editor , user friendly, can export forms pdf.	can apply css indiviual form control?
supports mobile / smart phone	we have tried open html form on smart phone , looking not found mobile specific controls.	does form central have mobile specific controls pro version?
advanced control metrics, image , electronic signature required	i have used metrics , image, awesome	does form central support electronic signature support?
easy indiviuals reports our application	with forms central have got response on site , able export excel.	can response pdf/html same format user have filled form form data field read only?
provide access rights	i seen set rules not know it	can set access rights onto form fields?

 

is adobe live designer choice our above problem statement?

yes, paid account can export response row pdf response file (filled out form)

 

can set access rights onto form fields?

you can share form design , responses people giving them specific access (co-author, contributor, reader roles) link html form can fill out form , of fields. rules hide , show elements or skip pages (depending on values entered in other fields)
