Adobe tech support

i have been trying various pieces of software purchased adobe creative suite cs6 (master collection). none existent , don’t care. sound whiner,  majoring of know better. it’s crap , upgrade cs6 , worst experience of adult computer experience. have been adobe pagemaker , went through pagemaker 4 (whatever last # before cs1) , cs1 – cs5 , cs 5.5. have had problems indesign working xml , extension manger dreamweaver. 

 

the xml problem end of line. tech support person designated indesign had nerve ask, “why trying work xml”.  flipped out. part of indesign has been indesign since cs4 , has made leaps , bounds improvements cs6. yes trying first time sudden smartest person on phone.

 

as far extension manager, have not been able use since upgraded cs6. called tech support months ago. kept trying fix problem , upped me next level. upped me next level. never got talk 3rd level because they  needed call me, couldn’t transferred them. lasted week. when called tried same steps had gone through. told them had tried doing , didn’t pay attention. upgraded me 3rd level because n records. happened 3 times. once realized should upgraded ‘those people’ need call. last time talked tech support issue has been 3 months. no phone calls. live , work out of house , have answering service when can’t answer phone. gave home /office phone , cell phone. told them wanted them call cell because know called. guess what, called home phone, or should sent me email telling me tried.  bs because there never record of missed call.

i buy dell computers because of tech support. have problems there me. in past, adobe had same tech support. why stayed them , not going on other 1 (we know is). looking ‘other one’ because fed adobe.

 

i can't find better place @ time complain here am. going post ever can. please use starting point adobe on track , heads out of cloud.

believe or not, have not had call adobe tech support long time now.  had issue atm type-on-call and, then, work , not problem getting answers fast.

 

these user-to-user forums place ask questions other people may have had same issues have or involved with.  it's not same adobe used be.  tech support , attitude of "that version no longer supported" hideous.  try sking xml question on indesign forum , bet there pissed-off are.

 

i might type of third party plug-in id work better xml.

"Could not fill because there are not enough opaque source pixels" - not solved by any other thread

i'm getting error posted in thread's title , have no idea why.  working image not transparent in way. 100% opacity.  in fact, doesn't matter work with, every time try fill selection on layer in doc, error.  ideas???  thanks   scott probably see screen shot of photoshop layers panel open. at point guess can make wrong layer selected, once see screen, else may pop out @ me, or else reading thread. Why can't I change the billing info for my account?

hi all,   about 3 weeks ago issued new corporate cc number. have been trying since find way update in website. everytime try load billing info message 'there has been error on our side, please try again later.' has been happening weeks now. decided, if they're not going fix it, i'll call support.   i reported bug support, no response.   i called support , sat on hold update cc. hung on when should have been answered. happened twice (i'm persistent).   i registered call-back. got call-back, , told needed go person. got warm transfer because of above problem.   this person told me needed talk yet different team, , schedule call me in 1-2 hours.   it has been on week, maybe week , half since supposed receive call-back, , ticket updated yesterday; they've tried reach me no success (yeah, right), them do? left note: call me @ number within next 4 hours, , can settle this. guess got pacific time support team, because called 16 hours later (i'm gmt, way; company u...
