Thread: Pureftpd Access To External Drives


i have set pureftpd on ubuntu 12.04 , works fine on local drive, not external usb hard disk, /dev/sdb1, /media/gep.

when log in pureftpd i'd see external usb drive, , nothing else. when set link, or point pureftpd @ drive, told not have correct permissions or "not allowed". there way please?

unfortuately it's partition fat32. (i need fat32 when pug in windoze)

usb hard disk mounted , owned admin login. nautilus not let me change owner or group ftpuser or ftpgroup.

how make permanent?
