Continual problems with AAM/CC6 (Mac OSX)


i have been struggling weeks trying aam/cc6 working correctly (mac osx), following creative community forum recommendations/discussion threads. continues unreliable , buggy.

current issues: (mac osx) application manager shows "acrobat pro xi" , "muse" installed on system. both not installed on system. when try , manual download/install acrobat pro xi,  "please choose copy of adobe acrobat pro update." since it's on system, cannot continue , install. have no acrobat pro or muse on system. how can acrobat pro , muse installed, , resolve these endless aam/cc6 problems?

please download creative cloud cleaner tool link , run same. once done please login creaative.adobe.com , download creative cloud desktop app.

it should show acrobat xi , muse install.
