Illustrator CC shows up as being installed in the AAM but is not

the adobe application manager - or creative cloud panel - shows illustrator being installed (green arrow checked "up date" ) - cannot find anywhere on system - no shorcut - no registry entry - not in default install location under program files of other adobe apps - cannot find in search

 

i opened control panel "programs , features" install/uninstall software - clicked on illustrator cc uninstall app - opened dialogue , "uninstalled" not installed app

 

still in adobe cc panel

 

does not show in control panel > "programs , features" anymore

 

where can download executable or msi install file??

 

i purchase software , install it.

are trying follow apple philosophy make things more "user-friendly" hiding fucntionality. might fine beginners - making experienced , more technical advanced users frustrated dumbed-down approach.

 

i have moved away apple - products , hardware because of this, since takes control away advanced users , indication of company trying enforce one-fits-all approach , owner-ship of customer behaviour.

 

i took me months decide upgrade cs5.5 cs6 because of published adobe change in it's approach deployment of it's software. fact charging rest of world (australia, etc..) 33% more same product ongoing issue

 

i in process of surplanting adobe tools alternatives - after effects <-> nuke, premiere <-> vegas, illustrator (you killed of freehand far more advanced illustrator) <-> xara, corel... , photoshop <-> not have great alternative canvas, corelpaint, gimp, sketchbook contenders, dreamweaver <-> haven't used in years because of on focus on bloted adobe js libraries , not enough support coding , bad wysiwyg - using phpstorm , tools in chrome, director <-> ship sailed when adobe attacked macromedia , through aggressive lawsuits on patents caused death of director funds being cut in it's development , marekting, flash <-> adobe brand it's bad behavior , over-reach (via postscript) in 90's started war apple resulted in death of promising platform - in stome-age html5 , miriad of js-libraries, no decent hardware accelerated gfx, etc...

jacograaff version of windows using?  have tried closing , reopening creative cloud application?  cause application refresh list of installed , updated applications.

"Could not fill because there are not enough opaque source pixels" - not solved by any other thread

i'm getting error posted in thread's title , have no idea why.  working image not transparent in way. 100% opacity.  in fact, doesn't matter work with, every time try fill selection on layer in doc, error.  ideas???  thanks   scott probably see screen shot of photoshop layers panel open. at point guess can make wrong layer selected, once see screen, else may pop out @ me, or else reading thread. Why can't I change the billing info for my account?

hi all,   about 3 weeks ago issued new corporate cc number. have been trying since find way update in website. everytime try load billing info message 'there has been error on our side, please try again later.' has been happening weeks now. decided, if they're not going fix it, i'll call support.   i reported bug support, no response.   i called support , sat on hold update cc. hung on when should have been answered. happened twice (i'm persistent).   i registered call-back. got call-back, , told needed go person. got warm transfer because of above problem.   this person told me needed talk yet different team, , schedule call me in 1-2 hours.   it has been on week, maybe week , half since supposed receive call-back, , ticket updated yesterday; they've tried reach me no success (yeah, right), them do? left note: call me @ number within next 4 hours, , can settle this. guess got pacific time support team, because called 16 hours later (i'm gmt, way; company u...
