MacBook Air and 3d feature issues?

i spent 45 minutes tech support no avail.  has been confirmed through tech support macbook air does meet system requirements ps cc , use 3d feaures.  however, can't.  few error messages.  1 "could not complete new 3d extrusion because there not enough memory (ram) - (adobe support) confirmed there enough memory.  error message "your start disk full". lot of 3d features not available.  couldn't come solution of this.  i've searched forum , didn't see anything.  after 45 minutes tech support said "common" problem macbook air users , mac pro users.  yet couldn't find on it.  ideas?

disappointed yet again...

what machine specs of particular mac book air?

i wouldn't expect able use extended features of photoshop cs6 on own mac book air.  video capabilities alone iffy.  matter of fact, didn't install photoshop on itsy bitty laptop.

how ram have?  how storage space have left?  you'd need ton of available space photoshop's scratch disk.  figure on 50 100 times or more size of largest file , multiply number of files have open.

adobe's stated "minimum" requirements run applications overly optimistic, absurdly so.  1 thing program launch , 1 run efficiently , @ best.
