Why can't I access fully authorized CC apps and not just trials?
sales says purchase has been approved. however, when open cc application, asks me serial number don't have. not given 1 adobe. also, of apps in creative cloud desktop appear "try" not "install." how "authorized" can utilize authorized apps, not trials?

this happens when system not able connect activation server.
you should check 'hosts' file in computer , delete adobe entries hosts file.
the location of hosts file
for windows :-- c:\window s\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
for mac :-- finder --->go--->go folder--->/etc--->press enter--->hosts
open hosts file notepad(for windows) textedit(for mac)
once have deleted adobe entries hosts file after can open creative cloud desktop.
