Ebooks do not download!!! URGGHHHHH!!!!

error getting license

license server communication problem: e_lic_already_fulfilled_by_another_user

i cannot download ebooks library.  follow instructions, ascm file, control + click, open w ade... & keep getting message.  can't believe how many people writing in same thing.  fix????
